Because I Have Been Given Much, I Too Must Give

Hey guys,

Another busy week. Lots of finding :)
We went out to Salvage, Burnside, and Eastport to deliver some family history packets people signed up for at a booth we did at a craft fair not too long ago.

We started team teaching this really cool lady, Erica, with the Bay Roberts Elders. She lived halfway between our areas, so we're going to each teach her once each week. She's from the Bahamas. Her husband is less active and requested missionaries to come teach. So great.

It was my mom's birthday last week :) She's the best.

We went to Signal Hill in St. John's on pday last week, so here's some pictures of that too.

If you haven't gotten the chance to check out mormon.org yet, do it. It's all Christmassy now with the new #LighttheWorld initiative. The video is sooo good (plus my grandpa is in a few seconds of it). It's all about following the example of the Saviour by serving the souls around us. I think it's one of the best ways to approach missionary work. Newfoundlanders are responding well :)

I kinda forgot about American Thanksgiving, but the senior couples made turkey for the district after district meeting on Wednesday, so that was really nice. I really am so grateful for the Light of the World, Jesus Christ. I'm grateful for my mission and that I'm getting what I need to.

Love you!

Remembrance Day

Hey guys,

Sorry there's not much of a group email today. Hearts are being softened, just a little and slowly, but it's beautiful to see and be a part of.

Here's some pictures of the Remembrance Day (Nov. 11) ceremony in Gander, NL.

We also had to say bye to Brother Nansen Smith this week as he moves back to BC. He was a huge support to the saints in GFW/Gander and to us.
